We were at Ikea today and found the white fluffy background that I love & so in the middle of the flooring section Madeleine and I had a little photo shoot with Emilia...
The kiddos have school off today for a teacher prep day and then Monday off for Martin Luther King, Jr. day....we had hoped to go and visit Grandpa Miller in St. George, but he came down with Shingles. So, the next best option was to go to Ikea - still fun, but not St. George!
While the boys went in the play area, Madeleine helped me shop...which I think she has mixed feelings about. She likes to feel grown-up and come with me and Emilia, but I think she misses being able to go into the play area, and also it's kind of nice just to sit down and watch a movie while I shop. I just love to roam around - I usually have an idea of what I want to buy, but I'll be the first to admit that Ikea seems to provide the backdrop for a lot of impulse buying. Or, I should phrase I buy items I didn't quite know I needed until I see them sitting them :)
Thankfully this little girl is already mine & not up for purchase!
